Today is Let It Go Day.
This is a day to let go of things that are holding you back, weighing you down, or keeping you from being the best person you can be.

Are you feeling guilty about something you did a long time ago? Let it go.
Are you still mad at your third grade teacher for being mean to you? Let it go.
Are you still sad about a friend that said something to hurt your feelings? Let it go.
Holding on to a helium-filled balloon? Let it go.
